Angel in My Heart

Angel in My Heart 1st published October 2014. Republished as Angel in My Heart (Clarabelle’s Story) July 2015

Following on from Angel on My Shoulder (Sarah’s Story), Sarah is finally having a good day! At 38¾ life is now going fantastically! She’s just married her soulmate Simon, her store is doing great and she’s even getting on with her mother. (Miracles really do happen!) And to top it all, she’s pregnant! Her ‘Guardian Angel’ Clarabelle is, of course, ‘smashingly’ happy, but is she risking it all with her crush on Archangel Michael? How will Simon cope with finding out that his new wife has a Guardian Angel that she can see and talk to? Will Nathaniel ever sort out his Gonk hair, and what will Metatron do when he finds out about Clarabelle’s crush; will she be banished from the Angelic Realms forever?

In this sequel, Angel in My Heart (Clarabelle’s Story), it is Sarah’s turn to help her angelic best friend Clarabelle and prevent a disaster. Can she do it? Enter ‘Fred the Fantastic’ to save the day. Fred is, of course, Sarah and Simon’s new dog; a Golden Retriever, who being a genius can speak three languages (dog, angel and human). Whether he can help ‘Mum’ and ‘Aunty Clarabelle’ sort the mess out that they’ve got themselves into, though, is quite another matter!

Reviews

“Another hit for Julie Poole. Even better than the first; get the hankies out and OMG what a twist at the end!”

“Oh my, what can I say, this book is even better than the first. I laughed, then cried, then laughed, then cried, omg, you have so got to read angel in my heart!”

“I thought the first book Angel On My Shoulder was amazing, but this one is even better! Word of warning, get a box of tissues out before you start reading this book, because I can guarantee the tears will flow! I read this book in 2 days because I just couldn’t put it down!”

“Angel in My Heart lets us continue our journey with Sarah as she takes on a new life as a newlywed and motherhood. Of course, Sarah’s guardian angel Clarabelle is still by her side but is a bit distracted with a love of her own. I can’t say any more than that without taking away from the reader’s experience. There are a lot of twists, turns and unexpected events some happy and some will make you cry. It is a journey well worth following.”

“Julie Poole introduces a few new characters that I emotionally grew attached to. Julie’s unique and creative story telling ability shine. I can’t wait for the next book.”
